Covid-19 Safety Guidelines

What to Expect When Entering PSW:

• ONE ENTRY ONE EXIT. Please enter from our front door and exit from the rear door.
• Loading Dock Entry will only be for Shipping & Receiving.
• No more than 3 shoppers at a time, and By Appointment until further notice.
• Please wear masks & gloves. PSW will provide them if you don’t have either of these two items.
• Temperature will be taken. Entry will be refused if anyone has an elevated temperature.

Signage:

• PSW will have its safety requirements posted throughout our SoHo Showroom and Haskell Annex.

Sanitizing Stations:

• Hand sanitizing stations will be available in multiple locations for safe shopping.

How to Shop:

• We encourage clients to take pictures and email any items that are vital, and an employee will tag once emailed. Upon request, a salesperson will assist you.
• If a client needs help selecting furniture, the team can email a better picture, or you can check on our website.

Shipping & Receiving:

• Disinfected deckers will be lined up outside for smalls when drivers arrive for drop off. Drivers can also leave large items outside.
• Deckers will be sanitized before & after client use.
• PSW staff will email Pick-Up and Close-Out paperwork to the leadman, art department, or client.
• All items are disinfected with an approved virucide disinfectant before entering our facilities and being returned to the shelves.

Common Areas / Breakroom / Bathrooms:

• Staff will sanitize the restroom every hour, but we do encourage clients to use paper towels for sink handles and doorknobs after each use.
• PSW will have a Restroom Cleaning Checklist on our doors in order to assure that the restrooms and break-rooms are being cleaned every hour.
