The Prop Services West inventory can be browsed in many ways. If you are looking for something specific, our website features a powerful search engine. Simply type in keyword(s) or a barcode number or view the Category Tree and select categories that are of interest to you.

Shop Registration

The Prop Services West website allows individuals to register an account. Once you have registered, you will receive an instant e-mail confirming the registration of your email address and selected username. Once you register, you agree to provide us with accurate and complete registration information, and to inform us immediately of any updates or other changes to such information.

Order History

From your account dashboard, you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details. This is a great way to stay on top of what you have ordered. There are additional benefits to registering a user account with Prop Services West:
• Easy Shopping
• Customers can store their billing and delivery addresses, making the order process easier and more efficient. You will only have to enter this information once.

How are Payments processed by PSW?

Prop Services West does not process online payments because we need to verify items that are in stock. When we receive your order, we will look it over and contact you to make sure everything is in stock. Then we will finalize invoicing and submit it to you and we can accept your payment via phone, fax, email or in person.

Prop Services West charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on our website. Out of state orders, we base on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Rentals Only

We do not sell any of our furniture or accessories. Our pieces are intended for rentals only.

Shipping Policy
